"There is a specific kind of "ick" you get when a business relationship feels fundamentally off, and my experience with this agency—specifically under the previous ownership of Frank Warren—confirmed that those instincts are usually right. While personal rapport is one thing, the administrative failures that followed were inexcusable and have caused genuine damage to my legal standing. After requesting to reduce my coverage, the agency confirmed the change over the phone but continued to bill me at the higher, original rate. Worse yet, a massive "administrative error" on their part left my vehicle uninsured for months without my knowledge. This triggered an automatic suspension of my driver’s license. Despite having receipts that prove I was covered and paid up during that time, the agency failed to rectify the situation. I was told multiple times that a letter had been sent to the State and the DMV to admit their error and clear my record. Months later, I discovered that no such letter was ever received. My license remains suspended, and I am currently unable to renew it because of their documented negligence. Even with new ownership now in place, the trail of paperwork and legal headaches left behind by the previous management is a cautionary tale. Trust your gut when a company makes you feel uneasy; in this case, the "ick" was a precursor to a total professional nightmare. Despite the administrative hurdles left by previous management, I sincerely wish the new owner, Dylan Stump, and the current team the best of luck in this new chapter. It is a significant undertaking to modernize an agency and repair past errors, but I’m hopeful his leadership will bring the reliability and clear communication this office needs to succeed."
